CARDO™ by CIRQL is a future initiative of Siress AG Ventures Corporation (“SAGVC,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a Texas corporation. CARDO is in development — there is no CARDO product, API, or service available today. This notice covers only the email addresses you submit to the CARDO waitlist at cardo.id.
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and the page/source you submitted it from. We use it for one purpose: to contact you if and when there is CARDO news to share. We do not sell your email address, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Waitlist submissions are delivered to SAGVC by email through a third-party form-delivery provider. We retain your email address only for as long as needed to operate the waitlist, and we remove it on request.
You can ask us to access or delete your waitlist email at any time by contacting tony.siress@sagvc.com. Every waitlist email we send also lets you unsubscribe.
